What We Actually Make (No Brochure Lies)

• Fiber diameter ≤ 6 μm (most factories still use 8–10 μm — thicker fibers = poorer NRC and more dust)
• Slag balls ≤ 0.3% (no black dots falling during installation)
• Density range: 24–120 kg/m³ (custom densities available)
• Thermal conductivity: 0.032–0.035 W/(m·K)
• NRC: 0.85 at 30 mm / 0.95+ at 50 mm (tested per ISO 354)
• Water repellency ≥ 98% (hydrophobic treatment for humid environments)
• Fire rating: A1 non-combustible (zero smoke, zero drip per GB 8624-2012)

Real Projects, Real Results (2024–2025)

1. Beijing High-End Recording Studio
   80 kg/m³, 50 mm panels behind fabric walls delivered a 28 dB drop in low-frequency subway rumble. The sound engineer texted at 2 a.m.: “We just captured a vocal take in absolute silence. The subway is gone.” They’ve since ordered four containers.
2. Shanghai Private Hospital Operating Theatres

How We Handle Fire Resistance

We offer two grades:
• B1 grade – Best cost-performance (flame retardant added)
• A grade – Fully inorganic pre-mixed (required for high-end European & Middle East projects)

A-grade test data: open flame for 30 minutes, back surface temperature rise <18°C, smoke density rating SDR <15.

Pitfalls to Avoid When Buying Glass Wool

• Never trust “claimed density” — always demand actual test reports.
• Avoid fiber diameter >8 μm — poor NRC and excessive dust.
• Never compress more than 10% during installation — both R-value and NRC will drop.
• For critical projects, always request third-party reports for slag ball content and formaldehyde emission (Class E1 or better).
