Woqin has launched a revolutionary high-end rock wool product, which is based on an environmentally friendly formula without formaldehyde and acrylic acid, and is specially designed for the high-efficiency thermal insulation needs of industrial, commercial and residential buildings. The product has passed international certifications such as European Union CE and German TÜV, with a fire resistance limit of 2 hours (ASTM E119 standard), a thermal conductivity as low as 0.032 W/(m · K), a density of 130 kg/m ³, and a compressive strength of ≥ 50 kPa. Suitable for extreme high temperature, humidity and complex environments, it meets the requirements of green building LEED certification, and is an energy-saving and safety benchmark in the high-end market.

1. Product Overview

Woqin Company's high-end rock wool is made by melting basalt ore and natural slag at 1600 ℃ and centrifuging them into fibers. There is no formaldehyde adhesive added throughout the process, and the fiber structure is stabilized through inorganic bonding technology. Compared with traditional rock wool, its environmental friendliness, fire resistance, and durability have all been improved by more than 40%, designed specifically for users who pursue zero pollution and high safety.

2. Core Technology Highlights

(1) Formaldehyde free and acrylic acid free formula

VOC emissions are approaching zero: certified by T Ü V VOC Free in Germany, formaldehyde emissions are less than 0.01 mg/m ³ (far below the national standard of 0.08 mg/m ³), and no residual acrylic acid is detected.

Health protection: Suitable for hospitals, schools, and places for infants and young children, to eliminate the risk of respiratory irritation.

(2) Fire resistance limit of 2 hours - the ultimate defense line for building safety

Test standard: Through ASTM E119 fire resistance test, maintain structural integrity for 2 hours under a flame of 1000 ℃, and the temperature of the back fire surface only rises by ≤ 140 ℃.

(3) Ultra low thermal conductivity, energy-saving efficiency increased by 30%
